now I know what your thinking I'm doing the Nene but this is on athletics day but the training day this is high jump this is probably the best high jump iv ever done I mean look at my Nene but this wasn't the only thing we did we also did long jump and running shot put that we didn't get to do and I actually forgot the others they were challenging but I did jump higher then I previously could and I did somehow do the nene.
